The burial for Queen Elizabeth will not be attended by Russian President Vladimir Putin, according to his spokesperson Dmitry Peskov.
Putin’s presence at the Queen’s funeral “is not being considered,” Peskov added, despite the fact that “Russians respected her for her wisdom.”
