The attention of my principal, Mascot Uzor-Kalu, has been drawn to the news publications online about the lawsuit against the governorship primaries of the All Progressive Congress (APC) Abia State by our great party, the Action Peoples Party (APP) Abia State, calling for the disqualification of the governorship candidate.

Let me clear the air that the APC Abia State House of Assembly is not listed in the suit. Furthermore, as the leader of the party in Abia, he has instructed our great party to direct the legal team to remove all or any relief as it relates to the APC House of Assembly, as they are not listed in the suit. They have assured compliance.

Please, APC House of Assembly candidates should focus on their election. Our decision to go to court is based on the law, not petty political games.
